BETTING
Before beginning to bet, you should read through our General Conditions for Betting which apply to you and to each of your betting transactions. By entering into any betting transactions on our site, you agree to be bound by both the General Condition. All bets placed in the system are the clients responsibility. Any miss bets due to software glitch or website maintenance will not be SportsX9 responsibility and clients have to bear any or such losses incurred during this downtime.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
SportsX9 provides a platform upon which you can enter into various betting transactions in relation to the markets available on our site (“Markets”).
Please also read our General rules on exchange, Privacy Policy, and provisions regarding the conditions relating to SportsX9 Mobile (if you plan to access the Services by mobile phone). All of these documents are incorporated by reference and form part of these General Conditions.
Please note that there are separate Rules and Regulations for each of our Exchange and other products. The rules governing how markets are offered, managed and/or settled are not the same for every market on each product. In certain circumstances, a bet that is settled as a winner on one product may be settled as a loser on the other product (and vice versa). Additionally, different settlement rules may apply so that, for example, bets that are a winner on one product may be settled as a dead heat or be voided on the other product. Customers must ensure that they familiarise themselves with the relevant rules that apply to the bets that they place on SportsX9 ‘s products.
By entering into any betting transactions, you agree to be bound by these General Conditions and the Specific Conditions relevant to your betting transaction (together “the Agreement”).
If there is any inconsistency between the documents listed above, this document and the relevant Specific Conditions, the Specific Conditions will prevail over this document which will prevail over the documents listed above.
ACCOUNT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before opening an account with us. Please also read our Privacy Policy, Rules and Regulations, and the provisions regarding which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any of the documents listed above, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

ACCOUNT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
In consideration of our accepting your application to open an account, you represent to us as follows:
- 1. You are 18 years of age or over, of sound mind and capable of taking responsibility for your own actions and that you can enter into a legally binding agreement with us
- 2. You agree to provide accurate registration information, including without limitation your correct date of birth and your country of residence. You agree to inform us of any changes in such details
- 3. You are the person whose details are provided in connection with your registration or, in the case of legal entities, you are a duly authorized representative of the relevant legal entity
- 4. You are acting as a principal and not as an agent on behalf of a third party
- 5. You are not an undischarged bankrupt or in a voluntary arrangement with your creditors
- 6. You are not located in any country with a comparable legal situation – SportsX9 may from time to time determine these countries
It is your responsibility to keep your contact details up-to-date on your account. Failure to do so may result in you failing to receive important account related notifications and information from SportsX9 , including changes we make to SportsX9 ‘s terms and conditions.
You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account. In particular, you agree to keep your username, password strictly confidential and you are responsible for any misuse. Please note that when you create an account you have the option to use your email address or a username to log in to/identify your account. This can reduce the security levels of your account as your email address may be more accessible and this makes it easier for third parties to gain access to your account
DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL OF FUNDS
To bet or to play games for money on SportsX9 , you need to deposit funds.
You undertake that:
- 1. All money that you deposit in your account is untainted with any illegality and, in particular, does not originate from any illegal activity or source
- 2. All payments made into your account are authorized and you will not attempt to reverse a payment made into your account or take any action which will cause such a payment to be reversed by a third party, in order to avoid any legitimate liability.
You accept that all transactions may be checked to prevent money laundering and that any transactions made by you which SportsX9 deems suspicious, may be rejected and reported to the appropriate authorities.
We have a number of controls and checks that take place before any withdrawal request is processed by SportsX9 . These checks are part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining the security of our customers’ funds. All withdrawals requests are therefore only processed after the expiry of a set period of time from the withdrawal request being made.
PRIVACY
The information that you send to us will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You authorize us, at any time, to use any means that we consider necessary to verify your identity and credit worthiness with any third party providers of information. You agree that we may from time to time use your name, the name of your home town and/or your image in publicity and/or our promotional materials. We would only seek to do this if you won a large amount of money on one of our products and we would always notify you before using your details and/or your image.
ERRORS AND OMISSIONS
You will inform us as soon as you become aware of any errors with respect to your account and you will forfeit any amounts shown to be in your account that result from human error or technical fault.
SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
Either we or you may suspend or terminate your account at any time, either with or without cause; upon notice (we will use our reasonable endeavors to give such notice to you either before or after suspending or terminating your account). Please contact the SportsX9 support if you would like to close your account. We may take steps to block you from betting on or using our site (or any part of it) if you are located in certain jurisdictions, for example the United States of America. Following termination or suspension of your account, in the normal course of events, SportsX9 will return any funds in your account. Please contact the SportsX9 Support to recover any funds held in suspended or closed accounts.
However, we reserve the right to withhold the funds in your account from you pending the determination of any investigation (including any relevant external investigation) where:
- 1. We suspect you have acted in breach of these Terms and Conditions or any other agreement relevant to your activities on our site, including where we suspect the account has been linked with fraudulent or dishonest activity
- In compliance with any law or to comply with any advice, request or instruction from any governmental, regulatory or enforcement authority.
ABANDONMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, POSTPONEMENTS
All decision will be based on SportsX9 which will be final. There will be no dispute once SportsX9 reach an outcome.
DISPUTE
In the event of a dispute arising between us and you, we each agree to follow the results and decisions as determine in SportsX9 .
